What is übbs?
A tobacco-free nicotine pouch. It sits between your upper lip and gum and gives you nicotine and flavour for up to 30 minutes, with no smoke and no vapour.
What's in an übbs pouch?
Water, plant-based materials, flavourings, sweeteners and nicotine. There's no tobacco in it.
How do I use it?
Pop one pouch under your top lip, a little to the side. A light tingle means it's working. Keep it in for up to 30 minutes, then bin it. Don't chew or swallow the pouch.
Which strength should I pick?
übbs shows the strength as dots on the can. Here you can choose Light (4 mg), Regular (6 mg) or Strong (11 mg). New to pouches? Start with Light or Regular.
How many pouches are in a can?
20 slim pouches.
Is übbs the same as snus?
No. You use it the same way, under the lip, but snus contains tobacco and übbs doesn't.
Does the Coffee flavour contain caffeine?
No. Coffee is the flavour only: the pouch contains nicotine, not caffeine.
Can I recycle the can?
The can is made of polypropylene (PP), which many areas recycle. Put used pouches in general waste first, and check what your local recycling accepts.
