30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Sealed and suitable for resale
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened nicotine pouch products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at:

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened nicotine pouch products
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Sale items or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Products that cannot legally be resold
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the approved item and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To qualify, the product must be unopened, unused, sealed, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened nicotine pouch products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
